Privacy and data handling summary
AIFolio Privacy
This page describes the main categories of data used by the current beta experience. It is intended as a concise operational summary and may be refined as account features expand.
Browser storage
The site stores selected language and theme preference in the browser using localStorage so the interface can remain consistent between visits.
Account and portfolio storage
If you sign in, the service may use Firebase Authentication and Firestore to store basic profile information, onboarding answers, and portfolio history. In guest mode, the portfolio analysis can be used without account sign-in.
Waitlist and launch updates
The launch update and waitlist form is submitted through a Formspree endpoint. The form may include the name, email address, user role, requested feature notes, and submission timestamp that the user provides.
Third-party services
The product depends on external services for market data, AI generation, hosting, authentication, database storage, and form submission. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal financial information that is not required by the product flow.
